Return/ Exchange Policy


We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Customer is responsible for shipping fees. Turnaround time for processing is 14 business days not including weekends. Shipping varies depending on location and weight of each order. Your shipping will be calculated at checkout.

To be eligible for a return, item must be returned unworn, unwashed and in the original condition and in its original packaging.  Tags must be attached. This includes no odor. Reid & Co. has the right to refuse your exchange if you fail at any of the above. 

Custom orders, clearance sales, Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals, Facebook sales, cannot be exchanged and are final sale. 

Reid & Co. recommends that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier. Reid & Co. is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your order arrived damaged, please contact within 3 business days of receiving your order.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
